Veilwing AI ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use the Veilwing AI iOS application ("App").

This policy applies to the iOS version of Veilwing AI and related in-app services.

• Account and sign-in features (including Apple Sign In and device-based session access).
• Media generation features (upload, processing, progress tracking, playback, save/share).
• In-app purchase and order verification flows.
• Local data features (history, cache, and local app state).

2. Information We Collect

We may collect the following categories of information:

• Account and session information: internal user identifier, session/login token, Apple Sign In identifier, and profile fields provided during login (if available).
• User content: photos you select for generation, generation parameters, and generated outputs (video/image).
• Payment and order information: Apple in-app purchase product IDs, transaction IDs, receipt verification status, order IDs, and related metadata. We do not collect or store bank card numbers.
• Device and app diagnostics: app version, device model/OS, language, network status, usage events, and error logs used for service operation and security.
• Local app data: generation history, cached files, local profile/session state, and pending receipt verification records.

3. Media and Face/Video Processing

To provide generation and visual effects, selected media may be uploaded to our servers for processing.

Processing may include image/video analysis and synthesis required to produce requested results.

We process media for feature delivery, service quality and stability, anti-abuse and security checks, and troubleshooting/support.

4. How We Use Information

• Provide core App features (login, generation, progress, playback, download, history).
• Maintain account/session status and synchronize relevant app data.
• Process and verify Apple in-app purchases and restore paid entitlements.
• Prevent fraud/abuse, protect service security, and improve performance.
• Comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests.

5. iOS Permissions We Request

• Photo Library (Read Access): to let you select photos for generation.
• Photo Library (Add Access): to save generated media to your Photos album.

You can change permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only when necessary with:

• Cloud/infrastructure and technical service providers supporting App operations.
• Payment ecosystem partners involved in Apple purchase verification.
• Legal/regulatory authorities when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security.

7. Data Retention

We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, resolve disputes, enforce terms, and comply with legal requirements.

Some records (such as payment verification and security logs) may be retained for compliance and fraud prevention.

Local media/history/cache stored on your device can be removed through in-app actions (for example, clear cache), account-related actions, or app uninstall.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may:

• Access, correct, or request deletion of certain personal data.
• Manage local data and content within the App.
• Contact us for privacy-related requests and support.

9. Children's Privacy

Veilwing AI is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). If you believe a child has provided personal data, please contact us and we will take appropriate action.

10. International Processing

Depending on your location and our service infrastructure, your information may be processed in countries other than your own. We apply safeguards required by applicable laws.
